GetServiceInfo - Inspect Sui Node State via gRPC
Query the Sui network, epoch, checkpoint height, retention bounds, and node version through Dwellir's gRPC endpoint.
LedgerService.GetServiceInfo returns the node's current network identity and synchronization position. Use it for readiness checks, version discovery, and retention-aware recovery.
