registeredOutcomes - Active HIP-4 Outcomes
Retrieve recently registered active HIP-4 outcomes from the Dwellir Hyperliquid Index over /info or JSON-RPC.
Use registeredOutcomes to list recent HIP-4 outcome registrations that have not settled yet.

Billing
Billed by returned outcome objects
registeredOutcomes responses are billed by the number of outcome objects returned. Empty arrays are billed as 0 responses/API credits.
Response
REST /info responses return an array directly. JSON-RPC responses return the same array under result.
