settledOutcomes - Settled HIP-4 Outcomes
Retrieve recently settled HIP-4 outcomes from the Dwellir Hyperliquid Index over /info or JSON-RPC.
Use settledOutcomes to list recent HIP-4 outcomes that have settled.

Billing
Billed by returned outcome objects
settledOutcomes responses are billed by the number of outcome objects returned. Empty arrays are billed as 0 responses/API credits.
Response
Settled responses include registration metadata plus settleFraction and settlePrice. REST /info responses return an array directly. JSON-RPC responses return the same array under result.
